George Guda Foundation Opens Enrolment for Justice and Empowerment Programmes Across Kenya
The George Guda Foundation has officially opened nationwide enrolment for individuals seeking support under its two flagship programmes: The Centre for Justice and The Centre for Empowerment.
This announcement signals a major step forward in the Foundation’s mission to expand access to legal aid, education, and empowerment opportunities for underprivileged communities across Kenya.
Centre for Justice – Legal Aid, Advocacy & Rights Protection
The Foundation is now accepting applications from individuals and families facing legal challenges, discrimination, or violation of rights, especially those who cannot afford legal representation. Eligible cases will include:
1. Injustice or human rights violations,
2. Matters requiring legal intervention or advocacy,
3. Vulnerable individuals without legal support.
All incoming cases will undergo a thorough screening, assessment, and prioritisation process to ensure that resources serve those with the most urgent and genuine needs.
Centre for Empowerment – Education, Mentorship & Skills Development
The Centre for Empowerment is receiving applications for education and skills support, specifically targeting students and youth lacking financial capacity but demonstrating exceptional promise. Applicants may seek:
1. Secondary, tertiary, and university education sponsorship,
2. Empowerment and mentorship support,
3. Skills and training opportunities.
All submissions will be carefully evaluated to confirm genuine need and suitability for the Foundation’s academic and empowerment pathways. Commitment to Fairness and Transparency
Speaking on the launch of the enrollment exercise, George Guda, Founder and Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, reiterated the Foundation’s commitment to equality and justice:
“Our goal is to reach those who have been left behind—to open doors for students who deserve education, and to defend individuals who face injustice simply because they lack resources. By screening every case, we ensure support reaches the most deserving.”
Call for Community Involvement
The Foundation invites community leaders, schools, faith-based organisations, local administrators, and members of the public to nominate or refer individuals who may qualify for support under either programme.
